The villa has two sumptuous master suites, making it ideal for an extended family or two families vacationing together.

The upstairs master suite has a new pillow-top queen sized bed, a cable TV and has it's own balcony overlooking the lake.  With a table and chairs it's the ideal spot for a night-cap or an early morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise.  There's a huge on-suite bathroom with a double vanity unit with two handbasins, a walk-in shower, a deep bathtub, a separate toilet and a large walk-in closet.

The ground floor master suite also has a new pillow-top queen sized bed and cable TV, but has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and lanai.  This, too, has a luxury bathroom with two separate vanity units with handbasins, a walk-in shower, a deep bathtub, a separate toilet and two separate walk-in closets. 

There are two twin bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.  Both of the twin rooms overlook the conservation area where there are often early morning views of hot air balloons rising above the trees.

The final bedroom has a full sized (double) bed and is situated upstairs.  This bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake.

There is a full family bathroom upstairs that has a vanity unit with handbasin, a toilet and a bath with overhead shower.

A half-bathroom (vanity unit/handbasin and toilet) is situated on the ground floor. 

Babies and toddlers are well catered for with a travel cot (crib) with all bedding, a high chair and a folding stroller.
