Prices quoted are for the rental of the home, not per person.  Prices include Florida State and local taxes (currently 13%) and villa cleaning on your departure.

Christmas, New Year   and Easter periods (7 days either side of the actual date) carry a surcharge of £100/$165 per week

Pool heat can be arranged at a cost of £90/$150 per week.

Discounts are available for rentals of three weeks or more.

Bookings must be supported by a deposit of £100/$200 for each week booked.

The balance is payable not later than ten weeks prior to departure and the final invoice will include a security deposit of £200/$400.  Upon receipt of a satisfactory status report from the management company the security deposit will be refunded normally no later than four weeks after your return.
