Welcome to beautiful Sunset Lakes, a tranquil gated community that offers a community pool, a childrens playground and fishing from the dock.   The estate, which is home to a variety of wildlife, is ideally located for shops, golf courses, restaurants and supermarkets and although only an easy 10 minute drive to the Disney parks and nightlife, offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the attractions.  Mall and Outlet shopping are just a 20 minute drive away, as are Sea World and it's new water park Acquatica, along with the Universal parks and Wet 'n' Wild.

Our 2600 sq ft villa sleeps 10 (not including babies) and has two large master suites, making it ideal for the larger family or family and friends vacationing together.  The villa is fully air conditioned, with additional ceiling fans, and can be centrally heated for those few colder days.  The private pool has a beautiful lake view, so much more relaxing than facing another villa or even a wall, and the villa has conservation views to the front.  There's a double garage with off-road parking for a further two cars.

All linens are provided together with a plentiful supply of towels and pool towels.  There's a travel cot with linen, a high chair and a folding stroller.  All kitchen and dining equipment is provided - we've even remembered the corkscrew!
